Fox Leisure acquires TMZ from AT&T-owned WarnerMedia

(Reuters) – Fox Corp-owned Fox Leisure has acquired the TMZ leisure platform and its media properties from AT&T Inc-owned WarnerMedia, Fox introduced Monday.

Monetary phrases weren’t disclosed.

Fox Leisure – together with Fox Information Media, Fox Sports activities and Fox Tv Stations – is a part of Rupert Murdoch’s Fox Corp.

As a part of the deal, Fox will personal and function all TMZ-branded media properties, together with the syndicated TV exhibits “TMZ” and “TMZ Reside,” each of which air on community associates owned by Fox Tv Stations; the sports activities web site TMZ Sports activities and program “TMZ Sports activities,” celeb and tradition web site TooFab.com and TMZ.com, and celeb tour operations in Los Angeles and New York.
